انجاز بحثي جديد تناول تقييم برنامج إدارة مؤسسات المجتمع المدني من وجهة نظر خريجي البرنامج

 إطار عملية التقييم لبرامجه التخصصية أشرف معهد التنمية المجتمعية على دراسة بحثية كمشروع تخرج لنيل درجة الدبلوم المهني المتخصص. حيث هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم برنامج الدبلوم المهني المتخصص في إدارة مؤسسات المجتمع المدني التابع لمعهد التنمية المجتمعية في الجامعة الإسلامية من وجهة نظر الخريجين ، ولتحقيق هذا الغرض تطبيقياً تم اعتماد مبدأ التحليل الوصفي متمثلا في اختيار عينة من المستفيدين من برنامج الدبلوم شملت خريجين وطلاب لتعبئة استبانه شملت خمسة محاور رئيسية  تمثلت فى رضا المشاركين على البرنامج من حيث المحتوى العلمي، ورضا المشاركين على البرنامج من حيث الإمكانات اللوجستية و الطاقم التدريسي و إدارة البرنامج، وقياس مدى نجاح البرنامج في تحقيق رغبات المشاركين و مدى إسهامه في إكسابهم المعارف و تطوير مهاراتهم الإدارية والتنموية الحديثة في مجال إدارة مؤسسات المجتمع المدني،وقياس مدى تأثير البرنامج على تحسن أداء المشارك و تطور العمل داخل المؤسسة التي عمل بها، وكذلك محور يتعلق بمدى إسهام البرنامج في تعزيز التعاون بين المؤسسات الأكاديمية المختلفة من جهة و منظمات المجتمع المدني من جهة أخرى.
ومن خلال التحليل لهذه المحاور، تم التوصل الى نتائج أظهرت رضى المشاركين ايجابيا على أسئلة كل من المحور الأول و الثاني بنسبة رضى تفوق 74%, وكذلك الآمر بالنسبة لأسئلة المحور الثالث المحور بنسبة رضى تفوق 76%, كما وبالنسبة للمحور الرابع فقد كانت نسبة الرضى تفوق 72%, وبالنسبة للمحور الخامس كان هناك رضا محدود بنسبة رضى 57%, مما عكس تشتت آراء المشاركين بالنسبة لهذا المحور.
و بشكل عام كان هناك رضا تام على برنامج الدبلوم ودوره فى تطوير اداء المنتسبين له وتنمية مهاراتهم الإدارية بما يعزز طموحهم فى تبوء مناصب إدارية عليا فى مؤسساتهم . 
وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستمرار بطرح هذا البرنامج و تطويره لما له من أثر ايجابي على المشاركين من جهة وعلى  المجتمع الفلسطيني ومؤسساته الأهلية، وكذلك العمل على تطوير هذا البرنامج ليصبح نواة لبرنامج ماجستير مهني في هذا المجال ، وكذلك كانت هناك توصيات بتدعيم الجانب العملي في البرنامج وتعزيز التعاون ما بين البرنامج ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، وكذلك تطوير المواد التدريبية واللوجستية الخاصة بالبرنامج  ويذكر ان البحث تم انجازه كمشروع تخرج من قبل الطلبة المهندس محمد نصار والمهندس محمد العبويني والمهندسة ولاء الهور وبإشراف أكاديمي من الأستاذ عرفات العف.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the program of  professional diploma of NGO's(Non-governmental organizations) Management, which belong to community development institute at the Islamic university from the point view of the graduates.
 So, for his purpose this study follow the principle of descriptive analysis by sample selection of the beneficiaries of the diploma program, including graduates and students, filling questionnaire included five main axes including the satisfaction of participants on the program in terms of scientific content, and satisfaction of participants on the program in terms of potential logistical, teaching staff and program management.
 Also, measure the program's success in achieving the wishes of the participants and the extent of its contribution to acquire knowledge and develop their managerial skills in the field of the management of institutions of civil society.
In addition to measure the impact of the program to improve the participant's performance and development of work within the organization that working in , as well as focus on the extent of the contribution of the program  in promoting collaboration between different academic organizations on the one hand and civil society organizations on the other hand.
Through analysis of these axes , it  has been reached the results that showed participant satisfaction positively to the questions of each of the first axis and second by satisfaction over 74%, and the same goes for questions third pivot axis by satisfaction of more than 76%, as for the axis of the fourth, was the rate of satisfaction more than 72%, and for the axis of the fifth there was a limited satisfaction 57% satisfaction rate, which reflected the dispersion of the views of participants for this axis.
And in general there was satisfaction on the full diploma program and its role in the development of the performance of the participants and the development of their managerial skills and to enhance their ambition to reach senior management positions in their institutions.
The study recommended the need to continue offering this program and its development because of its positive impact on the participants on the one hand and on the Palestinian society and its civil institutions, as well as working on the development of this program to become the nucleus of a professional Masters Degree professional in this field, also there have been recommendations to strengthen the practical aspect of the program and promote cooperation between the program and civil society organizations, as well as the development of training materials and logistics for the program.
