Summary: The overall goal of this Project is to coach municipalities on the use of the Cash Based Fund Accounting Financial Policies and Procedure Manual-FPPM and provide the necessary technical support for the financial and accounting teams in the municipalities to implement the Cash Based Financial Policies and Procedures Manual until the Integrated Financial Management Information System is fully applied in these municipalities.
